Good while it lasted!

I bought one of these last year for use on my boat. It worked very well. Developed a 19 "LCD TV with her and other things. One of the things I really liked was the USB port. Used for many items. However, when I ordered the boat this spring 110v outlets would not work. The USB does. The Troubleshooting guide worthless and referred to something I could not find in my unit (an "indicator light protection). Cobra I called directly and told me I needed only to be sent in but needed a receipt which I am having trouble finding. I think I may be SOL but I may send it anyway.
Perfect for my needs.

I bought this book for up to a car battery so you can run small Power Tools (weed eater, chain saw, drill, etc) anywhere on my property without running a couple hundred feet of extension cable. Mounted the battery and inverter in a cart and the installation works perfectly. The digital readout and warning buzzer work as advertised. I am very pleased with the investor.
Works for me

I bought the Cobra CPI 1575 1500 Watt Inverter DC to install on my Dodge pick-up. I use my amp inverter 1000 coffee maker and power tools like a drill and a saw when I repair or construction of a fence on the prairie. The Cobra CPI 1500 watts inverter and cables work well for my needs, a lot of amps without heating. I have a Ram 2500 diesel pick up and realized that the engine compartment was limited in space to install the inverter. If you have this problem I could do what I did I cut a 2x6 board in the battery on the passenger side and cut a groove in the middle of the board to run the battery mounting screw however, the meeting was held firmly in place. I bolted to the investor to the plate. Note: you must mount the inverter to the board before installing it. So the investors are screwed the battery side up on a board. The shorter you make the power cable the better the investor will make. I less than a meter of cable and I see no a problem with the mount side of the battery while not interfering with the battery in any way, it works for me.

I bought this inverter for my semi and I use it daily base. Does my laptop and my small microwave without any problem. Has a profile low so that does not occupy much space. It runs quietly, even when the cooling fans are running at full speed. I have used Cobra smaller investors in the past and I was very happy with their products.
Doesn't work without constantly running motor

This unit works well in a scenario where you have a constant 12v feed such as an alternator. I was trying to use it as a backup power supply with a marine battery to run the fan and lighter in a corn burner. Although the load is low the battery only lasted about an hour. I tried several batteries but felt that the only way they worked was to be connected to a moving vehicle. I have a neighbor running a similar setup with an inverter generic brand and its battery lasts several days by requiring a recharge. He bring your battery and inverter to test more corn with my recorder as a known good configuration and everything seemed fine.

I'm always looking for the best possible products. This is the best set of battery-operated, by far, the tools! The battery life of 3.5 hours amplifier. is by far the most offered by any company. I am a dairy farmer, so that these tools do everything from construction, repair, fencing, repair of equipment, called him throw. I have been DeWalt, Milwaukee, Ryobi, before this and they did not have the battery life and ergonomics that these units have. I feel are lightweight, strong and powerful. Even just with 3 amp hr batteries. It is supposed to be 28 volts, but again as I said I'm pretty demanding and I have yet to find a job that the 18 volt tools can not cope with ease! Okay, but ....

I have owned almost all Cordless Tools through the years and makes exercises great Panasonic. They have great ergonomics and battery life (after 5 years, yet I have to replace the battery and I use the Drill Drive). I decided to buy the kit and was disappointed a bit with the circular saw. It looked cheaply made and adjustments are weak. What bothers me most is the blade. They must be special ordered by the size of the tree. You will not find in a box store and cost $ 45 - $ 50! Each! This is unacceptable.

best tool investment I've made in a while. I am an electrician and are great for everything you can imagine. high quality. battery life. great pair. on bass, the drill has two full even though barely squeeze trigger. High speed is incredibly fast. circular saw ripping PT 2x4 and sawzaw as if nothing is compact and easy to use. Hammer Drill is easy on the hands too. you can barely feel viberate, however, puts in concrete wholes tapcons in seconds. if the fence of what to buy wireless sets, go with Panasonic, theres no way you'll be sorry.

this is my second panasonic toolkit, last drill / driver took my ten years. What more can you say about the reputation of the tools of panasonic? the batteries last forever, I've only charged the batteries three times over three months of use a little heavy, if only infrequent use. Excellent tool set

I was hesitant to buy a battery powered tools provided by weight. I was surprised tools that did not weigh more than my corded circular saw and reciprocating, and even seemed clearer. They are well balanced and easy to handle. The blade on the reciprocating movement is so easy to change, there is no hex key needed just turn and put the new blade in.

I had a mock Panasonic for three years and has been the best I have owned drilling. That's why I decided to try this set. I recommened this set for a small person who finds Most heavy tools
Money well spent!, Excellent Value

I use this number every day for more than a month, are powerful and well constructed tools.
They run and it feels like cable tools and the batteries last for days, even with constant use.
I load on every 2 or 3 days, a full charge takes less than an hour, but the battery will recover in about 10 or 15 minutes so you can finish that last screw or cut.
The sawsall is a real gem with its quick release sheet, the hammer drill only "works", saw and ripping plywood with ease and a flashlight, has never dimmed and run toward me.
One great tool set!

It's time to throw their cordless tools age and replace them all with this wonderful series. I built a dog house the first week I had the set and used two saws and a drill. It was through a package of batteries and maybe 10 minutes on battery backup, so there is extra stress on batteries. And 18V gives a lot of torque. The drill is the most impressive of the three basic tools (I do not really consider the flashlight to be one of the tools - he probably could have let one of each). The exercise is still Milwuakee better than my cable 1 / 2 "hammer drill, and that is saying something - is soooo soft. The circular saw has a lot of torque, but still can bind in situations in which a saw with cable, it probably would, but that's not really a fair comparison. I broke through 24 feet of 1 / 2 "Meets with no real problem. Plastic carrying case is wonderful, and all the tools are very good quality. My only hope is that Panasonic continues batteries and do not let me in the lurch with an interrupted battery not compatible (like Hitachi and Makita). All the tools are well designed from the ergonomic point of view, and the battery is not intrusive. It is an absolute joy to use these tools.
