Deep Cut

how do i heal a deep cut that has been on my finger for about 2 weeks?

i got cut pretty deep on my finger and i put neosporin and a bandage on it and it still hasnt healed. it has dirt around it too.

Depending on how deep, "deep" is, you need to clean it out again by soaking it in water first to get the dirt out. Then use something to clean it. It probably isn't healing because your using it. You probably should have had stitches if it was that deep. At this point, it's probably to late for you to put steri strips on it also. Put a splint of some kind and wrap it so it doesn't move and it will eventually heal.
